Jon Fong

Jon Fong is a Singaporean and co-founder of Racers’ Toolbox. He is one of a handful of qualified sports scientists in Singapore and has actively been involved in the Singapore endurance sport scene for the past 15 years.

With a keen interest in sports science, Jon completed a degree in Kinesiology at University of Southern California and a level one certificate from the International Society of the Advancement of Kinanthropometry. Under the Singapore Sports Council’s Programme for Elite Athletes Career (PEAC), he has worked with junior athletes at the Singapore Sports School as a sports scientist. His work has helped develop many elite athletes that currently represent Singapore at major games and international competitions.

Ben Pulham

Ben Pulham is a co-founder of Racers’ Toolbox and has over 15 years of endurance sport experience. Ben has represented New Zealand on the prestigious ITU World Cup Series and has been ranked as high as 53rd in the world.

Using his vast experience and knowledge in elite level racing, Ben has worked with many local and international athletes to help them achieve personal best finishes. He has also worked with major corporations in promoting an active lifestyle through his coaching programmes and has offered training advice at corporate events.

Nicholas Lange

Nicholas Lange is a Singaporean with vast knowledge and experience in strength and conditioning for endurance sport. Nicholas has worked with sport scientists at the Singapore Sports School and is actively involved with the local rugby scene.  Nicholas has been playing as a scrum half for the Singapore Recreational Club for the past six years.

As a certified FISAF certified personal trainer, Nicholas has worked with many local athletes and clients, helping them to lose weight and achieve their personal best in both endurance and explosive sports.  With a passion and keen interest in sports science, Nicholas is currently pursuing his degree in Sports Science, Exercise and Health with the University of Western Australia.
